# Matrice de soutien du produit

Auth0 fournit du soutien conformément aux [conditions d’utilisation](https://auth0.com/terms) ainsi qu’aux [plans tarifaires et de soutien](https://auth0.com/pricing/). Voici les types de soutien offerts par Auth0 :

| Correctifs     | Auth0 peut fournir des correctifs (s’il y a lieu) pour ces éléments, mais ne fournira pas de soutien à la clientèle.                                                 |
| Community      | Auth0 ne fournira pas de soutien à la clientèle pour ces éléments, et toute l’aide proviendra de la communauté.                                                      |
| Partenaire     | Auth0 ne fournira pas de soutien à la clientèle pour ces éléments, et toute l’aide proviendra des partenaires qui en assurent la maintenance.                        |

  ## Portée du soutien d’Auth0

Le soutien officiel fourni par Auth0 se limite aux langages, plateformes, versions et technologies expressément indiqués. Tout ce qui n’est pas indiqué, ou qui est indiqué comme étant pris en charge par la communauté, n’est pas admissible au soutien d’Auth0. Si vous avez des questions au sujet d’éléments non pris en charge, vous pouvez publier votre question sur le [forum public d’Auth0](https://community.auth0.com/).

Pour les éléments pris en charge par la communauté, demandez de l’aide aux développeurs responsables de ces éléments, par exemple en soumettant des issues dans les dépôts GitHub des bibliothèques ou SDKs concernés.

Le soutien d’Auth0 se limite à la version la plus récente des technologies indiquées (sauf indication contraire). Si vous utilisez une version plus ancienne, vous devrez la mettre à niveau avant de demander du soutien.
