# Teams のトラブルシューティング

サービスの中断を防ぐため、Auth0 Teams メンバーシップに関連する問題のトラブルシューティングに役立つ情報を以下に示します。

  ## 見つからないテナントを追加する

セルフサービスのサブスクリプションプランを利用していて、Teams インスタンスにテナントが表示されない場合は、[サブスクリプション](/ja/docs/troubleshoot/customer-support/manage-subscriptions)の詳細を確認してください。

1. まず、テナントのサブスクリプションを確認して、[サブスクリプション](/ja/docs/troubleshoot/customer-support/manage-subscriptions)の詳細を確認します。
2. [テナントをリンクする](/ja/docs/get-started/auth0-teams/tenant-management)ガイドに従って、テナントのリンクを試してください。

サブスクリプションが Enterprise Agreement であるにもかかわらず Teams インスタンスに含まれていない場合は、テナントの追加について [Auth0 Support](http://support.auth0.com) にお問い合わせください。

  ## 見覚えのない管理者を削除する
</div>

テナント管理者として一覧に表示されているものの、本来そのテナントに含まれるべきでない場合:

1. あなたが Team Owner であり、かつそのテナントのテナント管理者でもある場合は、その管理者を削除するために、そのテナントの Auth0 Dashboard にアクセスします。詳細については、[Team Member Management](/ja/docs/get-started/auth0-teams/team-member-management) を参照してください。
2. テナント管理者に、その管理者をテナントから削除するよう依頼します。
