# 製品サポートマトリックス

Auth0 は、[利用規約](https://auth0.com/terms)および[料金とサポートプラン](https://auth0.com/pricing/)に基づいてサポートを提供します。Auth0 が提供するサポートの種類は次のとおりです。

| ------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| サポート対象 | Auth0 はこれらの項目を正式にテストしており、必要に応じて新機能の提供とバグ修正の両方を行う場合があり、カスタマーサポートも提供します。 |

  ## Auth0 サポートの対象範囲
</div>

Auth0 が提供する公式サポートは、明示的に記載されている言語、プラットフォーム、バージョン、テクノロジーに限られます。記載されていないもの、またはコミュニティサポートとして記載されているものは、Auth0 サポートの対象外です。サポート対象外の項目について質問がある場合は、[Auth0 公開フォーラム](https://community.auth0.com/) に質問を投稿してください。

コミュニティサポートの項目についてサポートが必要な場合は、該当するライブラリや SDK の GitHub リポジトリに issue を登録するなどして、それらの項目の開発担当者に問い合わせてください。

Auth0 サポートは、記載されているテクノロジーの最新バージョンに限られます (別途明記されている場合を除く) 。古いバージョンを使用している場合、サポートを受ける前にアップグレードする必要があります。
