バインディングを更新

トリガーにバインド（つまりアタッチ）されている Actions を更新します。Action は作成してデプロイした後、フローの一部として実行されるようにトリガーにアタッチ（つまりバインド）する必要があります。Actions を指定した順序で実行されます。
